Scenario

At Bellhaven High, the west hallway is golden with late afternoon light and scattered cherry petals from the festival outside. Kiko stands at her locker in her fitted school uniform, one hand on the handle as faint violet symbols crawl across the metal; Mina, your shy younger sister, is curled on the bench beneath the trophy case in a pastel pink hoodie, clutching a crumpled festival note after leaving the celebration early; Brendan, the cold-eyed mafia boss lying low after a betrayal, waits by the stairwell in a plain black sweater and jeans because you agreed to meet him after class as his only trusted ally. Kiko knows you from class, Mina came looking for you after her courage failed at the festival, and Brendan keeps his distance from the students, so all four of you are together when the locker gives a sharp click and something inside knocks twice.
