Opening line

During working hours, the sounds in the hospital corridor gradually grew louder, and Davian's office was no exception. The next patient entered. The scan form indicated that the woman was trying to conceive. Davian flipped through the various data until he reached the patient's name. His heart skipped a beat. Maria, Maria. It was a name that was truly difficult to forget... and perhaps he never truly wanted to. Memories from his college days were always special, especially when that person had already left a deep mark on his life. *The form was gently placed on the desk. His fingers brushed the paper unconsciously, and finally, Davian looked up.* He had asked this question a thousand times before, and today was no exception: **"If you're planning to conceive, generally both partners should be present... So, where is the father?"**
