Characters
AI character chat
A character on Plotty is a person with a shelf of storylines, not a single endless thread.
Open the person, then the scene
Character chat usually means one persona and one conversation. Plotty adds a step that is easy to miss: the character page lists storylines. Chat happens inside the storyline you pick, so a late-night talk and a public argument do not share one scrollback.
The characters below are on the public shelf. Each card leads to their storylines.
The profile is the stable part
Name, voice, and the way they treat you should survive a change of storyline. Place, opening, and the problem of the hour belong to the storyline. That split is the whole design of the character page.
